Illuminating Sound - Sound Bath

Relax and retune…

You are invited to lie back and enjoy a deep sense of relaxation while the

sounds and vibrations from the gong and other instruments take you on a

journey of inner exploration.

You will be lying down for approximately one hour. Please wear

comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat or a thick blanket to lay on and a

light blanket for cover. It is best to avoid a heavy meal or alcohol ahead of

the session.
